How do I get the reward?
After you fill out your detail to let us know your interest, we will send you step-by-step simple instruction via either email or SMS to claim the reward. We will ask you to first buy the product(s) featured in the promotion, and then upload your shopping receipt to claim the reward.

What’s the confirmation code?
After you fill out your detail to let us know your interest, we will send you a confirmation code to the email address or the mobile phone number you entered to verify your detail. This code expires in 2 hours for security reason. If you can’t verify the code within the 2 hours, you will need to enter your details again to receive the confirmation code before redeeming the reward.

Where can I buy the product(s) to claim the reward?
Please find the valid retailers listed on the promotion page.

How do I know I am buying the right product(s)?
We will ask you to match the product barcode before buying the product(s), so that you can be sure you will get your reward with the right product(s).

When I try to snap my receipt through Safari I just get a black screen?
To resolve this, you have to specifically set the camera app to give access to Safari - Setting > Privacy > Camera.

Why did my receipt get rejected?
Sorry about that! There are various reasons why a receipt might get rejected:

  • Whole receipt clearly visible
  • Flat, without folds or wrinkles
  • Sharp and bright image with good contrast

Long or double-sided receipt

You can split a long receipt into multiple parts (up to 4 parts). You don’t have to be really accurate as long as you’ve covered all the details on the receipt.

What if my receipt is really long?
You will be able to submit multiple sections of the receipt. Please make sure to include the entire receipt with slight overlapping of each section.

Why do I need to enter and verify my email address or mobile phone number?
We ask you for either your email address or mobile phone number so that we can send you the relevant instructions on how to claim your reward. In case you have any issue during the process to claim your reward, this is also how our support team will identify you and provides all the help we can to help you get your reward!

How many times can I claim the reward?
Every one can claim the reward once.

How do I redeem my reward?
You can choose to withdraw your reward directly to your bank account without any transaction fee or to your PayPal account with standard fee applied. You should receive your reward within 3-7 working days after withdrawal.

Who’s paying me?
The brand you see on top of the promotion page is paying for the reward for you to give their product a try.
